(Clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112)
I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clauses
573.112, 574.112 and 575.112 of Schedule 2 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the
Regulations’):
1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 12/090 signed on 19 November 2012, specifying eligible education providers and educational business partners for the purposes of clauses
573.112, 574.112 and 575.112; AND
2. SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 573.112(a) and 574.112(a) and clause 575.112 the education providers listed in column 1 of Schedule A to this Instrument as an eligible education provider; AND
3. SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 573.112(b) and 574.112(b) the education providers listed in column 2 of Schedule A to this Instrument as educational business partners of the education provider mentioned in column 1.
